Tim

My quest for being in great physical condition began in high school as a letterman in multiple sports and as a college football player. Although the emphasis was on exercise and physical conditioning, there was absolutely no mention of proper diet or the need for nutritional supplements.

After leaving college I was fortunate to work as a Marketing Coordinator for several professional athletes and discovered that nutritional supplements were an integral part of their daily conditioning program. By experiencing first hand the positive results being achieved by world class professional athletes through proper nutritional supplements, I began to seek their advice and develop a program for my own workout regimen.

I began to do extensive research to find the best supplements with the highest grade ingredients on the market. After two years of trying various protein powders, amino acids, liquid vitamins and minerals, oxygen drops, etc. I was amazed at how great I felt.

During this period of research and personally testing various supplements, I was also sharing the experience with several friends of all ages at a major health club. They also were amazed at what a positive impact that proper nutritional supplements had on their over-all health and well-being. So, in 1997 I decided to dedicate a large percentage of my time to conducting research in the field of nutrition, diet, exercise, anti-aging and disease prevention.

For the past nine years I have had the opportunity to work directly with over 85 of the top nutritional manufacturers in the world and secure agreements to market their products on the internet as well as through a chain of retail stores throughout southern California. My main focus, along with my wife Ashley, is to deliver first class validated research and videos via the internet to help anyone who wants to achieve optimum health through proper nutrition. I wish you the best in your quest for a long, happy and healthy life.

Sincerely,

Tim Napper

Even though during my early childhood years I grew up with a mom who was a nutrition expert, (I was taking refrigerated liquid acidophilus for proper digestion at age 6) my junior high and high school years during the late eighties and early nineties were labeled as the “junk food junkie era”. The birth of super size fries, double cheeseburgers with extra cheese and twelve doughnuts for the price of six were in full swing.

As I look back on that era over 15 years ago, it appears that everyone in my high school graduation class, including myself was trying to win “the most likely to succeed as the junk food junkie award.” Proper diet, exercise and nutritional supplementation were definitely not a part of our lifestyle.

After two years of college pursuing a career of sitting at desk all day as a graphic artist, my physical growth was far exceeding my mental growth. I felt that I was definitely winning the “most likely to succeed as a junk food junkie” contest and I didn’t like it! I was lacking energy, couldn’t concentrate very well and was visiting the department store much too often to move up “just one more size.”

I finally had it with mental and physical health and decided to begin a life long commitment to proper nutrition and exercise. After 6 months of regular exercise, eating properly and taking nutritional supplements, I lost over 20 pounds and ran in my first 13 mile marathon, finishing in the top 10% out of 6,000 runners. The results of my journey made me realize that I fell into a category where other people, who like me, never knew how bad they felt, until they begin to feel good through proper nutrition and exercise. I knew I had found my passion and gateway to my lifetime career.

I enrolled at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and achieved my Certification in Exercise Science and Fitness. My areas of specialization were nutrition, anatomy and kinesiology. I was lucky enough to complete my internship of 18 months at the world famous Scripps Green hospital in La Jolla, California, which is known worldwide for its state-of-the-art facility and medical staff.

My day to day duties included: 1) monitoring blood pressure before, during and after exercise 2) participating in “healthy heart” gourmet cooking classes 3) designing and participating in yoga classes 4) designing specialized cardiovascular exercises and specialized weight training programs.

As I moved through the various phases of my hands-on internship and saw the amazing transformation of patients from almost “no health” to “total health”, I realized the tremendous importance of health education for each and every one of us on planet earth.

This website is only one of many websites that my husband Tim and I have developed to help everyone on this planet become educated on their personal health concerns.
